🌿 Celebrating the Future: Our 2026 Scholarship Winners! 🌿
We’re thrilled to introduce the 2026 Lenox Garden Club scholarship recipients!
Amelia Madrigal is a Senior at Mount Greylock Regional High School. In her poem, Cardinal Choice, she starts off by saying, “I believe in tree rings. They are lines drawn through squishable temporalities, telling the story of what it’s seen and who it’s become.” Much like her poem, Amelia herself is a story unfolding supported by nature and her community. As the Outing Club President, among other activities, have grounded and inspired her. Amelia will attend Brown University this fall.
Estelle Baden, is an environmentally minded, bi-lingual Senior at Monument Mountain Regional High School. She writes, “In my experience, one project that deeply reflects the mission of the Lenox Garden Club, to nurture our natural habitat with inspiration and imagination, was my involvement in co-founding and developing a Community Closet at my school.” Estelle’s leadership qualities are well developed and effectively executed in her community. The University of Vermont Honors College is lucky to welcome this young steward.
